As Chief Executive Officer, Ramachandran is responsible for delivery excellence across the company. He is also a Director on the Board of Group Companies – KEAS Control Systems India Private Limited, SAR Energy Private Limited and Acoustics India Private Limited.

Ramachandran started Kavin in 2002. Before this, he was Engineering Manager in Kaveri Engineering Industries Limited , India and Kvaerner Process Systems , Malaysia.

He has over 30 years of rich experience in the Oil & Gas Industry especially in Design and Engineering of Oil and Gas production and processing facilities both Offshore and Onshore, FPSO Process Topsides, Commissioning and Start‐up services for Oil and Gas production and processing facilities, Hazop. He has published 3 papers.

Ramachandran did his graduation in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, and is a member in Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and a life member in IICHE
